A qualified ACCA professional, I have an extensive and varied background both in public practice and large scale commercial organisations.  Most recently working for Direct Line Insurance Group and responsible for the financial and management accounting for the Direct Line and Privilege insurance brands and products.  Prior to that I was Financial Controller for Britannia Refined Metals Ltd (previously an Xstrata company and now a Glencore company).  Having covered all aspects of Accounting, Tax, Payroll and Book-keeping over the course of the last 20 years, I am now enjoying sharing that experience with local indivduals and businesses.
